About David A. Habeeb

I am an experienced trial attorney and former prosecutor turned real estate attorney, now representing buyers, sellers and lenders execute commercial and residential real estate transactions. Appreciating the significance of the investments my clients make, I emphasize reliability and responsiveness in my representation.

I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a B.S. in Business Administration, where I was a captain, president, and founding father of the Men’s Lacrosse Club. I earned my J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2012 and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar that same year. While in law school, I worked as a real estate agent and served as an editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.

In January of 2013, I joined a small real estate law firm on the South Shore, practicing as a closing attorney before accepting a position as an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County. I served Plymouth County for nearly four years as a prosecutor, trying well over 100 criminal cases and gaining invaluable litigation experience.

I founded Habeeb Law in December of 2018, and since then, I have been representing families and businesses as a real estate closing attorney. In addition to residential real estate closings, I have also represented clients in buying and selling businesses ranging from small hotels to restaurants, business formations, obtaining entertainment and liquor licenses, and real estate investing.

This leads to today, when I am joining forces with my partner, Corey, to launch HM Law, P.C. I will still be representing my clients with all of their real estate needs, but now, with Corey, we have an even deeper and broader ability to assist and ensure our clients have legal peace of mind.

I was raised in Hingham, MA, and currently live here with my wife, Amanda, and our four daughters.
